Its leaves are fresh-green in color, and Thuja occidentalis ‘Smaragd’ forms a dense, narrowly-conical habit. Thuja occidentalis ‘Smaragd’ is very reliable and quick-growing, making it an excellent choice for screens and focal points. It also serves as a superb container plant.
