Sophora molloyi
Cook Strait Kōwhai
Sophora molloyi typically grows in a spreading, bushy manner and tends to be wider than it is tall. It can be found in coastal scrub environments located in exposed maritime sites. Its yellow flowers bloom from the middle of autumn until the middle of spring. It is evergreen and native to New Zealand.
