Betula costata has gorgeous peeling bark that features cream-white tones with pink-orange hues. It grows upright and has bright green leaves with noticeable veining. In the fall, its leaves turn a vibrant gold color. However, it’s not tolerant of drought conditions. Betula costata is deciduous and native to Korea and the Russian Far East in Russia.
