The flowers of Michelia ‘Snow Dove’ are a pure, ice-white color and emit a delightful sweet and spicy scent. They bloom abundantly during the spring season. Michelia ‘Snow Dove’ is evergreen, not native to New Zealand, and a hybrid between Michelia maudiae and Michelia doltsopa. Michelia ‘Snow Dove’ was discovered as a rootstock seedling at the Auckland Botanic Gardens in Auckland, New Zealand.
