Ulmus x hollandica ‘Wredei’ is characterized by its narrow-growing habit, making it an excellent choice for use in narrow spaces. Ulmus x hollandica ‘Wredei’ features bright-yellow leaves in the spring season that gradually fade to yellow-green in the summer before turning yellow once again in the autumn. It is a superb choice for use as a street tree, although it is important to protect it from coastal winds, which can cause damage to Ulmus x hollandica ‘Wredei’.
