Common Linden
Tilia x europaea forms a large, umbrella-shaped canopy and features green, heart-shaped leaves that turn yellow in the autumn season. It produces a mass of pale-yellow flowers in the summer that attract bees, making it a valuable addition to any landscape. Tilia x europaea is particularly well-suited for use in parks and along large avenues, and it can also be trained for pleaching. Tilia x europaea is a hybrid between Tilia cordata and Tilia platyphyllos. Tilia x europaea is deciduous and native to Europe.
