Pseudopanax lessonii ‘Sabre’

Pseudopanax lessonii ‘Sabre’ is an erect, narrow grower that features long, lance-shaped leaves with slightly saw-toothed edges. The dark-green, leathery leaves also have a yellow midrib, adding to its visual appeal. It thrives in dry locations and is well-suited for coastal environments. Pseudopanax lessonii ‘Sabre’ is an excellent choice as a focal point or to add interest to narrow spaces. Pseudopanax lessonii is evergreen and native to New Zealand. Pseudopanax lessonii ‘Sabre’ is a hybrid between Pseudopanax crassifolius and Pseudopanax lessonii and was developed by Duncan & Davies Nurseries in New Plymouth, New Zealand.
