Prunus serrulata ‘Kiku-shidare-zakura’ has branches that arch before cascading down towards the ground. In mid to late-spring, Prunus serrulata ‘Kiku-shidare-zakura’ produces large, double, frilly, pink flowers that are borne in clusters. The spring leaves of Prunus serrulata ‘Kiku-shidare-zakura’ are bronze in color, and they turn green over the summer months. In the autumn, the leaves turn shades of red, orange, and yellow, adding a bright splash of color to the landscape.
