Prunus persica ‘Hiawatha’ is an attractive peach tree with deep-purple leaves in the spring that fade to purple-green in the summer. It produces pink blossoms and purple-skinned fruit with orange flesh and a good flavor. The pink blossoms of Prunus persica ‘Hiawatha’ appear from late-winter to late-spring, and it is an excellent choice for fresh eating.
