The fruit has dark red-purple skin and sweet, juicy, red flesh. Plum ‘Ruby Queen’ is highly productive, with good disease resistance, making it an excellent choice for organic growing and areas with high humidity. The fruit ripens in late-summer to early-autumn, and Plum ‘Ruby Queen’ produces white flowers in the spring season. Plum ‘Ruby Queen’ requires Plum ‘Santa Rosa’ for pollination.
