Plum ‘Omega’ produces abundant crops of mid-sized, speckled red fruit with red flesh, ripening in the early-autumn period. The fruit is freestone, and Plum ‘Omega’ produces white flowers in the spring season. While Plum ‘Omega’ is partially self-fertile, planting it with Plum ‘Santa Rosa’, Plum ‘Billington’, or Plum ‘Burbank’ can result in better yields.
