This bushy and erect plant has a rounded form and features tightly-packed small, glossy, fresh-green leaves that grow along its erect stems. It is a quick and easy species to cultivate in either sunny or shaded locations and can be clipped into any size or shape. During the spring, its purple flowers emit a sweet fragrance that fills the air. Its dense foliage makes it an excellent choice for use as a screen or hedge.
