Description
Grows similar to Nothofagus fusca, but is characterised by its glossy shiny green leaves. Hard bark is full of silicone. Pyramidal grower that develops into a noble buttressed tree over time. Once established, tolerates dry conditions and strong winds. Evergreen tree that grows at a slow rate to reach 6m in 10 years.
