Malus ‘Jelly King’

This upright, compact tree becomes covered in mid-spring with large, fragrant, pure-white blossoms that last for a long period. Malus ‘Jelly King’ produces huge crops of medium-sized, pink-red crabapples in the autumn. It is an excellent option as a street tree and is resistant to disease. Additionally, Malus ‘Jelly King’ is self-fertile, so it doesn’t need another tree to produce fruit. Malus ‘Jelly King’ is deciduous, not native to New Zealand, and was developed by Matthews Nurseries in Whanganui, New Zealand (PVR 1390).
