Has darker-pink flowers than Magnolia stellata ‘Dawn’. Very pretty and desirable. Early-spring flowering. Flowers from an early age. Magnolia stellata ‘Jane Platt’ (Star Magnolia) is a deciduous tree that grows at a moderate rate to reach 1.5m (H) x 1.5m (W) in 10 years.
