Ficus carica ‘Mrs Williams’
Fig
This fig cultivar produces dark-purple to red-skinned fruit with a deep-carmine flesh when ripe. The fruit ripens in early to mid-autumn and is an excellent choice for both fresh consumption and drying. Ficus carica ‘Mrs Williams’ is self-fertile, although it will produce a higher yield when planted with another fig cultivar. Ficus carica is deciduous and native to the Mediterranean and western Asia. Learn more about Ficus carica.
