Feijoa sellowiana ‘Wiki Tu’
Feijoa
This feijoa cultivar produces huge, sweet, and meaty fruit with rough, thick skin on a dwarf-growing tree. The fruit has a firm pulp and a strong flavor, and it keeps well. The fruit ripen from mid to late autumn and are accompanied by beautiful red flowers that bloom from late spring to mid-summer. Feijoa sellowiana ‘Wiki Tu’ is well-suited for coastal and windy environments and can be used to create attractive hedges and screens. While it is partially self-fertile, it will produce better crops when planted alongside another feijoa cultivar. Feijoa sellowiana is evergreen and native to the highlands of southern Brazil, eastern Paraguay, Uruguay, northern Argentina, and Colombia. Learn more about Feijoa sellowiana.
