Description

One of the largest and fastest-growing birches with an open but less weeping form than silver birches. Smooth, white bark peels in layers. Bright-yellow autumn leaves. A magnificent specimen subject as a solitary specimen, in groves, or avenues. Deciduous tree that grows at a fast rate to reach 9m (H) x 5m (W) in 10 years.
