The fruit of Apricot ‘Sundrop’ are large, yellow, oval-shaped, and have a freestone, with a sweet and juicy taste. It ripens in mid-summer and is great for eating fresh or preserving. Apricot ‘Sundrop’ also produces white flowers in the spring and is suitable for most regions. While it is partially self-fertile, the best crop is obtained when planted alongside Apricot ‘Trevatt’.
