An outstanding variegated Japanese maple. Light-green leaves emerge in spring with white spots and pink margins. Summer foliage is green with white spots before turning yellow-orange in autumn. Prefers moist, well-drained soils. May suffer leaf scorch from excess sun, wind, and drought. Cold hardy and great for bonsai.
Reproduction: Monoecious, separate male and female flowers on the same tree.
