Explore our live online inventory to see what’s in stock, or use our Tree Finder tool to narrow down the best trees for your garden. Alternatively, visit our nursery during opening hours (check our website for opening hours) or contact our team for expert advice on selecting the right trees.
Place Your Order
Once you’ve decided on your tree/trees, place your order online, over the phone, or in person.
We recommend ordering at least 10 days in advance to ensure availability and coordinate delivery or collection logistics.
We Deliver Your Tree
We ship to most locations in NZ 1-2 times a week using our own plant-specialised truck carriers with tracking available so you can be home to receive the trees. You’ll receive a notification when your order is near delivery.
We also offer pick-up options from our Palmerston North nursery.

How do I know which tree is right for my garden?
Use our Tree Selector. It recommends the best options based on your space, sunlight, and goals (shade, screening, fruit, or feature).
Can I get advice before I order?
Yes, but you may not need to! Our product pages include expert planting and care tips, and our Tree Selector takes the guesswork out of choosing.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we deliver across most of New Zealand, with about 5 of our own trucks on the road every week. Each tree is shipped in a root bag or plant container that you would remove for planting.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
Yes, pickup is available from our nursery in Palmerston North by arrangement. Just select “Pickup” during checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on the location. We ship to most locations in New Zealand 1–2 times a week using our own plant-specialised truck carriers with tracking available so you can be home to receive the trees. You’ll also receive a notification when your order is near delivery (i.e. 30 minutes to 1 hour out).
What if my trees for home arrive damaged or unhealthy?
That’s rare, but if it happens, contact us within 48 hours. We’ll replace or refund your order immediately. See our Terms of Trade for more information regarding guarantees.
Do you provide planting advice?
Yes, you can view our Tree Planting Guide online. Planting between late autumn and early winter is ideal due to soil moisture levels. If you must plant in summer, ensure daily watering and extra care.
What payment methods do you accept?
As a primarily wholesale nursery, we accept online bank transfers via invoice only. If you are visiting our nursery, cash is also accepted onsite. No credit or debit card payments are accepted.
