Malus domestica ‘Initial/Sir Prize’ is a double apple. Malus domestica ‘Sir Prize’ is a type of large yellow apple similar to Golden Delicious but with a blush. The fruit is very juicy with crisp, tender flesh, and it is known for being an excellent keeper.
